The Superstar Stage is where it all happens. Extreme cakers battle it out in the “Transport”-themed Cake Off Challenge, judged by names like Rosie Dummer from the UK. Rosie, a former army helicopter pilot, now TV star and extreme cake artist, said, “This show is where passion and precision meet sugar and spectacle.”

Other standouts:

  • Italy’s Filomena Tavano, a royal iced cookie master.

  • Ken Tian, Auckland-based K-Cake founder and trendsetter in modern cake design.

  • The Auditorium of Oddities, a spooky walkthrough filled with edible experiments, bats, and drawers of surprises.

  • The Sweet Floriade Flower Market, featuring lifelike sugar flora by artists from 20 countries.
