What’s Happening?
Maritime Safety Queensland will carry out important repairs at Weinam Street Jetty in Redland Bay.
The work will maintain the jetty’s condition while keeping it safe and suitable for recreational users. It will also help the facility continue serving the Redland Bay community for years to come.
The project will repair concrete elements and fender piles across the jetty. Crews will also fix lighting, maintain water taps and replace mooring cleats.
A full temporary closure will apply during construction. This closure will protect the public while allowing the contractor to complete the work efficiently.
