Artistic expression has always been a powerful technique for storytelling and connecting with our deepest thoughts and emotions. Recognising the importance of cultivating and supporting local artists, the Redland City Council established the PASSAGE Artist Development Program. The program demonstrates their dedication to supporting budding artists and providing them with a platform to thrive.

What is PASSAGE?

PASSAGE is a new Redland City Council program that will be implemented as a year-round Artist Development Program beginning in October 2022. The Redland City Council recognises the basic importance of a vibrant arts community as a source of cultural enrichment as well as a driver of economic development and community participation.
