A motor vehicle incident has occurred this afternoon at 4:57 p.m. on Birkdale Road outside Domino’s Pizza, holding up traffic all the way back to Birkdale Fair.
Multiple police cars attending the scene found a black Mitsubishi Lancer parked across the road, halting the flow of two-lane traffic toward Capalaba.
It is unknown what caused the incident at this point, but traffic continued to remain heavy after 5 p.m.
