What’s happening?
‘Made Right Here‘ is a new national campaign encouraging Australians to support local makers and growers by choosing Australian-made products.
The campaign has been launched by Australian Made Campaign Ltd and is supported by a $20 million Australian Government grant.
It will run nationally until 30 June 2026.
Why it matters
The campaign directly links buying Australian-made products with supporting local jobs and communities.
It shows how everyday purchasing choices can help sustain local industries and the people who rely on them.
AMCL Chair Kate Carnell AO said the logo represents more than a label on a product.
“The green-and-gold kangaroo has helped Australians make confident, informed purchasing decisions that support the country’s makers and growers – and in turn, local families and communities,” she said.
Local impact
The campaign highlights the role local spending plays in supporting workers and families across Australia.
It connects local production with community stability and ongoing employment.
By encouraging Australians to buy local, the campaign aims to strengthen the link between everyday shopping and community wellbeing.
