What’s happening?
From 11 to 13 April 2025, the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre will transform into a wonderland of edible artistry. The International Cake Show Australia returns with celebrity bakers, jaw-dropping displays, free demos and hands-on classes for all skill levels.
